Having any type of accident is exactly that–an accident. You don’t wake up that day expecting one, or planning it but unfortunately they happen. It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, driving my brand new Porsche boxster with the top down and no traffic in front. In a moment a car appeared making a left turn into a private driveway through a congested lane. I had but a split second to brace before the impending impact. During the entire time between the accident and when the car left, April constantly checked in. It was like having an angel next to me. She even had Dr. Qureshi open their office at 8pm on a Saturday evening for an evaluation.
In the coming days April and Velazquez Pain Center arranged all appts from Chiropractic care, MRI, radiology, and neurologist. She constantly checked in and provided updates. Although April acted on my behalf, she always wanted my opinion and gave me the full breadth of options.
As my attorney, April fought and ultimately achieved a settlement for the full possible amount regarding car value, and compensation for bodily injuries.
